If money weren’t an issue and you could do whatever you wanted to do with your life, what would that look like?
The obvious answer is travel, I would live in as many different places as I could. I would take my family out of traditional schooling and homeschool, traveling the world and learning about all cultures and backgrounds. We would spend a few months in each place, learning different languages and experiencing how other people live. We take for granted how privileged we are with wealth in America and if I could, we would use that wealth to experience life outside of the safety net we are used to.
What are you passionate about?
I love people. Outside of working with clients in the wealth management world, I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer. Capturing the fleeting moments of life and being able to encapsulate the emotions of an event for someone is so special. Every person is unique and special, getting to experience as many different perspectives as possible and form relationships with people is so fulfilling.
Why do you do what you do?
I try to live my life to be the best example for my kids as possible. I want them to grow up knowing they are safe to try new things and fail at them. They can make mistakes and learn from them. I want to give them as many opportunities in life as possible and show them that you can have a healthy work-life balance and find a place that values you as an individual.
