What do you love most about being part of MBEWM?
I love how welcoming and supportive everyone has been from the start. With a wide array of questions from myself to others trying to find my footing, everyone has given me thoughtful insight, advice, and the availability to ask questions and grow.

What’s the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I have ever received was a quote from the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant: “You don’t want to jump into something if you’re not passionate about it.” This quote has fueled me in many aspects of my life including passions and hobbies, academics, and now in the professional world. I find it to be a waste of time and energy to not give 100% in everything that I am involved in and find it much more gratifying to see that work and energy pay off either in the near future or years down the road.

What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about bringing joy into other people's lives. Whether that is through work in the community, different volunteering opportunities, or simply having a conversation with somebody about their next golf trip planned with family. There is something incredibly fulfilling about seeing someone smile and open up from a conversation I was able to spark with them. Each interaction, big or small, presents an opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact in their lives.
